Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the old walled city with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms, although clean and bright, faced noisy streets and lacked air-conditioning. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond to assist us, including a delightful welcome drink. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money despite some room shortcomings.
The hotel location was perfect, close to the train station and all the sites, with friendly and helpful service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but lacked a coffee machine and had a 'plastic' style. The dining options were diverse and satisfying, offering a great European breakfast experience.
I found my stay at the hotel to be fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern looking, although the bed was a little too firm for my liking. The service was top-notch, with very professional and helpful staff. The location was convenient, right inside the old town but just across from the railway station. The dining experience was excellent with a lovely wide variety to choose from. Overall, a great choice for a business stay or a short trip.
The hotel's location was perfect, near the main station and just inside the city wall, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist sights. The rooms were bright, clean, and equipped with everything you might need, although a tad small for family travelers. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, reflecting the family-owned and run nature of the hotel. The dining experience was varied and enjoyable, with a good selection to choose from. Overall, a great value for money stay in the heart of Nurnberg.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, free from the usual cramped family room issues found in city center hotels. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, near the main station and within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and tourist sights. The dining experience was delightful, offering a nice variety of choices and excellent service. I was highly impressed by the facilities provided.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, modern, clean, and convenient, and the hotel personnel were kind and helpful. The location inside the old city center was excellent for exploring. However, the dining experience could use some improvement.
The hotel's rooms, although not very large, are perfectly fine for the price. Facing the front of the hotel, my room was at the very end of the corridor adjacent to the stairs. It was very clean, with the bathroom sparkling, and everything well-maintained. Despite no air conditioning, they provided a fan to keep the air moving, and complimentary water was a nice touch overall.
The hotel is conveniently located inside the old city center, offering modern, clean, and convenient rooms. The hotel personnel are kind and helpful. However, the back side of the hotel faces a disco/dance club in the neighborhood, potentially causing noise until 3 am for sensitive sleepers.
The hotel is in a bustling area, which might be too noisy for some, but the rooms are surprisingly spacious and spotless. The service goes out of their way to assist, but there may be some confusion for guests arriving by car. The location is fantastic for sightseeing, especially if you are traveling by rail. The dining options are satisfactory, and the facilities are well up to standards.
I stayed in a room at the front of the hotel, so there was some ambient noise from the street below. However, the room was very clean and up to date, even though it was a little small. The hotel is located on the station side, making it convenient for transportation during my stay in Germany.
